Role Description
The Store Manager role at BESTSELLER is a full time, on-site position based in Indore. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales performance,



monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing merchandising and visual standards aligned with brand guidelines. The role manages inventory, coordinates stock replenishment, and supports retail loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage. The Store Manager also trains, coaches, and motivates team members, promotes BESTSELLER’s values and sustainability commitments, and ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to creating an excellent in-store experience.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
