Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiting Specialist role.



The HR Recruiting Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various roles across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, contributing to HR process improvements, and helping implement HR policies and best practices. The specialist will collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with global HR standards.
