Role Description
The Operations Manager Intern will support day-to-day operational activities that help streamline consulting, technology, and media projects across the firm. This contract, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru,



with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, assisting with resource allocation, tracking deliverables, and preparing reports for leadership on operational performance. The intern will help document and improve processes, support internal communication between teams, and contribute to operational dashboards and basic analytics. The role also involves scheduling and logistics for client meetings, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks that ensure smooth business operations.
