Position Details

Position Title: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Process Design & Automation

Department: Engineering / Process Engineering

Reporting To: Engineering Manager / Process Engineering Head

Role Description

Purpose of the Role:

The role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes for current product development and mass production. The incumbent will lead process design, equipment planning, jig and SPM development, automation integration, supplier coordination,



and continuous process improvement to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct drawing study and prepare Process Specification Sheets (PSS).

· Develop Technical Specification Sheets for moulds, materials, and manufacturing processes.

· Prepare and release Process Plans during RFQ, Sample Evaluation (SE), and Production stages.

· Conduct internal Design Reviews and coordinate review requests with global engineering teams.

· Prepare Process Design Sheets for Injection Moulding and Assembly Processes.

· Develop project budgets for process design execution.

· Plan procurement of Jigs, Fixtures, SPMs, and Manufacturing Equipment.

· Develop process concepts for Jig, Fixture, and SPM manufacturing.

· Float RFQs and coordinate with suppliers for tooling and equipment procurement.
