JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Drafting replies to notices under Sections 142(1), 143(2), 148, 148A, and other provisions of the Income- tax Act.

· Handling Income Tax scrutiny assessments, reassessment proceedings, rectifications, penalty matters, and appeals.

· Drafting replies to GST notices, show cause notices, summons, audit objections, and departmental communications.

· Representation before Income Tax, GST, and other tax authorities,



along with coordination for matters before appellate forums.

· Preparation of statements of facts, grounds of appeal, written submissions, and litigation documentation.

· Conducting legal research and analysis of judicial precedents.

· Preparation and review of Income Tax Returns and Tax Audit Reports.

· Conducting Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and GST Audits.

· Finalisation of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

· GST compliance, ITC reconciliations, advisory assignments, and client handling.
