- Minimum 4-19 years experience in business process management.
- Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.
- Experience of working on Agile projects.
- Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.
- Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.
- Knowledge of Tempo Interface.
- Proven track of working closely with key business users
- Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.
- Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international setting
- Experience and understanding of business process flows
- Expert in analysing and documenting business processes
- Expert in writing business requirements
- Expert in writing functional requirements
- Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models
- Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders
- Translates ideas into concrete work activities.
