Role Description
The Sales Officer role is a full time, remote position responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening market presence for Balaji Product’s home and fabric care portfolio. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing distributor and channel partner relationships,



and conducting regular follow-ups to convert opportunities into sustainable business. The role involves coordinating sales operations, preparing and sharing product information, tracking orders, and ensuring timely communication with customers and partners. The Sales Officer will also gather market insights, monitor competitor activity, and support promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales performance. Collaboration with internal teams for forecasting, reporting, and customer support is essential.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
