What You'll Do

As a Global Benefits Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and evolving BCG’s employee benefits programs across multiple regions.



You will manage complex analytical and operational activities across health, life, disability, and business travel coverage, ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

You will act as a trusted contributor within the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, driving analysis, generating insights, and improving processes. In this role, you will own workstreams, partner with global stakeholders, and contribute to decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing delivery and review of global advantages programs, ensuring consistency and quality
- Conduct benchmarking and cost analysis to inform plan design and renewal strategies
- Review insurance contracts and plan documentation, assessing value, risk, and clarity
- Partner with brokers and insurers to support renewals, including data validation and analysis
