Role Description
The International Tele Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. The person in this role will handle outbound and inbound calls with international prospects and patients,



present Karma Ayurveda’s treatments and wellness solutions, and guide potential clients through the consultation and onboarding process. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, explaining services clearly, answering queries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up to convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales. The role also involves coordinating with medical and operations teams for smooth service delivery, managing existing international accounts, and meeting defined sales and performance targets. The executive is expected to maintain a professional, empathetic communication style and adhere to all organizational and regulatory guidelines.
