Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (Recent Shimla) – luxury apartments, and (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri – luxury hospitality/villas, with a pipeline of upcoming launches in Shimla, Konkan, and Vrindavan. About the Role
We are hiring energetic Telecallers to be the first voice of Taradevi's Group for prospective buyers. You will call and qualify leads generated through our digital campaigns, share project information, and schedule site visits for the sales team. This is an excellent entry point into premium real estate sales, with clear incentives and a defined growth path into sales executive roles.
What You'll Do
•
Outbound calling:
Call leads generated from digital campaigns, portals, and events; introduce projects and understand buyer requirements.

Lead qualification:
Qualify prospects on budget, timeline,
and intent; maintain accurate records and dispositions in the CRM.
•
Site visit scheduling:
Convert qualified conversations into scheduled site visits and hand over warm prospects to the sales team.
•
Follow-ups:
Run systematic follow-ups over calls and WhatsApp; nurture undecided prospects with project updates.
•
Reporting:
Meet daily calling and site-visit targets; report activity and outcomes to the sales manager.
What We're Looking For
•
Fluent, confident communication in Hindi and English; a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
•
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer-facing roles — motivated freshers are welcome.
•
Basic computer skills; comfort working with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
•
Discipline to meet daily call targets and maintain accurate records.
