Role Description
The Career Development Coordinator at Herald Arrives is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering career development programs, including workshops, coaching sessions, and information sessions for job seekers and students. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one career counseling, helping individuals identify career paths, supporting job search strategies, and connecting participants with relevant resources and opportunities.



The coordinator will design training materials, maintain up-to-date labor market and industry research, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program effectiveness. The role also involves tracking participant progress, collecting feedback, and preparing reports to continuously improve career development initiatives.
