What You'll Do
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and engineering tasks.
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery execution.
- Coordinate engineering teams and remove delivery blockers.
- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, timelines, and project updates.
- Drive projects from discovery through successful delivery.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in Business Analysis, Delivery Management, Product Management, or Program Management.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience managing Agile software delivery.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think like both a consultant and an operator.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and senior business leaders.

This Role Isn't for Everyone

This is a
high-ownership, demanding role
. You'll be expected to manage multiple workstreams, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, make decisions independently, and keep projects moving with minimal direction.

Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or internal business applications.
- Exposure to AI, automation, APIs, or workflow platforms.
- Experience with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools.
