Role Description
The Leadership Team Member role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding team members to meet performance targets, and ensuring that customer-facing processes support a smooth insurance journey. The Leadership Team Member collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to refine service delivery,



monitor key metrics, and implement process improvements. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supporting business development initiatives, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and representing PBPartners’ values in all interactions. The role requires active participation in strategic discussions and hands-on involvement in operational execution.
