Position Summary

Support the Chief Commercial Officer and project/sales teams in preparing high-quality techno-commercial proposals, customer presentations, exhibitions, and marketing collateral while coordinating bid activities and ensuring professional communication and day to day office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with internal and external teams to Support preparation of techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, tenders and bid submissions.

• Coordinate with engineering, commercial and supply chain teams to compile proposal documents.

• Prepare customer presentations, capability statements and executive presentations.

• Develop and maintain company brochures, product literature, case studies and marketing material.

• Create visually compelling presentations using contemporary tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Express and AI-assisted presentation tools.





• Organize customer meetings, technical workshops, webinars and exhibitions.

• Maintain CRM, proposal trackers and sales dashboards.

• Coordinate follow-up actions after meetings and exhibitions.

• Support market intelligence, competitor analysis and sales reporting.

• Ensure brand consistency across all external documents.

• Assist CCO in strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline.

• 5–10 years' experience in project sales support, bid management, proposal management or technical marketing in specialty chemicals, Bio fuels, Airlines, oil & gas, EPC, industrial gases , energy and related industries.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience with AI productivity tools and graphic design/present
