Role Description
The Housekeeping Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gangapur. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and basic surface disinfection. The role may include laundry duties such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms, depending on the facility. The Housekeeping Associate will ensure supplies are stocked, report maintenance issues,



follow safety and hygiene protocols, and support a clean and orderly environment for patients, students, residents, and staff. The role also involves interacting courteously with clients and colleagues, following supervisor instructions, and adhering to company standards of service.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform core housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, sanitation, and Laundry responsibilities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with clients, visitors, and team members
- Good Organization Skills to manage daily routines, supplies, and assigned areas efficiently
- Willingness to participate in Training and follow established procedures and safety guidelines
