Job Summary:

The Sales PO Executive is responsible for receiving, verifying, processing, and tracking

customer Purchase Orders (POs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review customer Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and completeness.

• Enter PO details into the ERP system.

• Coordinate with the planning, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order

execution.

• Verify pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms as per customer

agreements.

• Prepare and share order acknowledgements with customers.

• Maintain accurate records of POs, amendments, invoices, and related documents.

Key Requirements

:

• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Should have experience in sales coordination, order processing, or customer service.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
