Role Description
As a Business Development Associate at Bictors, you will help grow partnerships with companies seeking skilled data professionals and expand our institutional reach. In this full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, you will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present Bictors’ programs to decision-makers. You will support the development of sales pitches and proposals, maintain accurate records in the CRM,



and follow up to convert leads into long-term relationships. Collaborating with marketing and academic teams, you will gather feedback from partners, contribute to campaigns, and report regularly on pipeline status and market trends.

Qualifications
