We're looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to be the technical bridge between OMS's product and prospective clients — labs evaluating whether OMS fits their workflow, accreditation requirements, and team. You'll run product demonstrations, answer deep technical questions, and help labs understand exactly what OMS can do for them before they sign. In a market where buyers are often NDT Level IIIs and NABL assessors, surface-level pitches don't work — you need to know the product and the domain.

Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored OMS product demonstrations to prospective clients — labs, lab groups, and enterprise accounts
- Qualify technical requirements during discovery calls and translate them into platform capability discussions
- Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires with accurate, compelling answers
- Build and present proof-of-concept configurations for high-value prospects
- Work closely with the sales team on deal strategy, objection handling, and proposal development
- Maintain demo environments and scenario libraries for different lab types — NDT, calibration, testing




- Feed client feedback from the evaluation process back to Product and Domain teams to inform the roadmap

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS
- Ability to run confident, tailored product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Robust written communication — able to respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and write technical evaluation summaries
- Familiarity with lab management, quality management systems, or NDT/inspection workflows preferred
- Experience working alongside a sales team in a quota-carrying environment
- Basic technical depth — able to speak credibly about APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Willingness to travel to client sites in India and occasionally Australia
