Role Description
The Digital Manager is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Kalamassery, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s digital initiatives. In this position, the Digital Manager will plan and execute digital strategies across web, social media, and other online channels to support marketing and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring campaign performance,



managing digital content and assets, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. The role also involves analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, preparing performance reports, and recommending enhancements to digital tools, processes, and user experiences. The Digital Manager will contribute to project planning, budget oversight for digital activities, and ensure that all initiatives align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
