Real Estate Telecalling Executives
to join our team. The role involves calling potential property buyers, explaining project details, answering queries, and scheduling site visits for interested clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective real estate clients from provided leads.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Build positive relationships with potential buyers.
- Achieve daily and monthly site visit and sales targets.

Requirements




- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Ability to speak Hindi fluently (English communication is a plus).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
