Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new corporate clients, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying opportunities, presenting gifting solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Business Development Executive will represent the brand at client meetings, events, and presentations, while consistently providing professional, client-focused service.

Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients.
- Solid account management and business relationship skills to retain clients, manage ongoing requirements, and support repeat business.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.
