Role & responsibilities
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, HIRA, JSA, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, PPE, and safe work practices.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses with RCA.
- Manage contractor safety, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and mock drills.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities and regulatory inspections.
- Handle environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and pollution control.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
- Maintain EHS documentation, MIS reports, and statutory records.
- Support ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation and surveillance audits.
