The Regional Recruitment Manager will be responsible for driving student recruitment and market expansion for a portfolio of U.S. universities across assigned territories. The role focuses on developing and managing recruitment partner networks, executing market development strategies, achieving enrollment targets, and strengthening institutional visibility.

Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding high-potential recruitment partners, conducting partner training, organizing recruitment events and webinars, monitoring application pipelines, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with university representatives and internal stakeholders to maximize enrollments. The role also requires maintaining strong CRM discipline, forecasting recruitment performance, ensuring partner compliance, and delivering consistent business growth aligned with institutional objectives.
