Role Description
The Visual Merchandising Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for creating and maintaining impactful in-store visual presentations that reflect Mizaj’s brand identity. This role oversees window displays, mannequin styling, and interior layouts to highlight key collections, seasonal themes, and promotional campaigns. The individual will collaborate with store and sales teams to ensure visual standards support sales objectives and provide a premium customer experience.



Daily responsibilities include planning and executing visual merchandising guidelines, monitoring store aesthetics, coordinating with suppliers and designers for props and materials, training staff on visual standards, and analyzing customer feedback to improve visual strategies. The Visual Merchandising Manager will also support new product launches and special events through tailored visual concepts that showcase Mizaj’s bespoke suits.

Qualifications
- Strong visual merchandising skills, including window displays and in-store presentation.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and training store staff.
- Proven experience in sales and using visual strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Team management and store management capabilities to align visual standards with overall operations.
