Role Description
This is a full-time Relationship Manager Internship based in Ranchi in a hybrid arrangement, combining in office collaboration with the option to work from home on certain days. The Relationship Manager Intern will support and nurture relationships with clients and partners, respond to inquiries, and assist in onboarding new users to the SAMMAT platform. Daily responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, collecting and documenting feedback,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth dispute resolution and service delivery. The intern will also help prepare presentations and reports, participate in client meetings or virtual calls, and contribute to initiatives that improve client experience and engagement. This role offers exposure to legal-tech operations and an opportunity to learn client management in a fast-evolving sector.
