Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead/support actuarial aspects of merger integration (data, models, assumptions,



reporting alignment)Drive AI and automation initiatives to modernize actuarial workflowsOversee actuarial data (50–60%) and model frameworks (30%) across legacy systemsEnsure continuity of U.S. statutory valuation and regulatory deliverablesPartner with U.S. actuarial, IT, and data teams on integration and transformationManage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications for merger workstreams (10–20% PM focus)Required Experience & Skills15+ years actuarial experience in Life & Annuity insurancePrior merger / integration experience (at least 1 merger or :2 years involvement)Strong expertise in:Actuarial data management and governance (primary focus)Life actuarial models (AXIS / Prophet or similar)Project management experience in complex, cross-functional initiativesProficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or PythonPreferred QualificationsExperience in U.S. actuarial environment (highly preferred)Exposure to statutory valuation (PBR, VM-31, AG53/AG55)Experience in model conversions, system int
