Position Summary

The Resource Augmentation Intern will assist the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for client requirements. This internship provides practical exposure to technical recruitment, client servicing, vendor coordination, and recruitment operations while developing strong communication and organizational skills.





Roles & ResponsibilitiesRequirement Understanding
- Assist in understanding client requirements and job descriptions.
- Learn to interpret technical and non-technical hiring requirements.
- Support recruiters in prioritizing open positions.

Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, campus networks, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Search for candidates matching the required skills and experience.

Candidate Screening
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Verify candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, notice period, salary expectations, and work preferences.
- Maintain accurate candidate records.

Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Send interview confirmations and reminders.
- Coordinate interview logistics and collect
