Role Description
The Tele Sales and Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining health screening packages, and guiding them through booking and follow-up processes.



The executive will manage daily sales operations, including maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with partner hospitals, laboratories and diagnostic centers, and ensuring timely scheduling of services and reporting. They will respond to customer queries, address concerns, and provide clear information on services, pricing, and reports, while maintaining high service standards. The role also includes tracking leads, supporting promotional campaigns, sharing feedback with the team, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
