Role Overview
We're seeking someone who can wear two hats — managing client relationships as the primary point of contact, while also driving internal project execution across teams. This role suits someone highly organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling client expectations with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Client Relationship Management*
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage client onboarding, regular check-ins, and account reviews
- Address client queries,
concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain and update CRM records, client history, and communication logs
*Project Management*
- Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines across multiple client accounts
- Coordinate between internal teams (creative, marketing, production) to ensure timely delivery
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets; flag risks or delays early
- Prepare and share status reports/updates with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure quality control and adherence to client briefs before final delivery
- Maintain project documentation and process consistency across accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination
