*About the Role*

We are looking for a *Ramming Mass Sales Representative* to grow our sales in the induction furnace market. You will be responsible for selling silica ramming mass, quartzite, and related refractory products to steel foundries, cast iron units, and induction furnace users.

This is a field-heavy role. You need to be comfortable visiting furnace sites, talking to melters, and solving technical problems on the floor.

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Sales & Business Development*
- Identify and acquire recent foundries and induction furnace customers for ramming mass
- Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat orders
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and volume targets
- Work on both quartzite 99.6% and quartz 98.5% ramming mass sales

*2. Technical Support*




- Guide customers on ramming mass selection: purity %, binder %, heat-up curve
- Conduct site visits for furnace lining, ramming technique, and sintering process
- Troubleshoot issues like lining life, spalling, slag attack, pin-holing
- Coordinate with production team for custom grades as per customer melt: MS, CI, Sponge Iron mix

*3. Market & Customer Management*
- Maintain relationship with furnace owners, purchase managers, melters, and refractory consultants
- Collect market feedback on competitor pricing, quality, and new requirements
- Follow up on quotations, POs, payments, and dispatches
- Prepare daily sales reports and visit reports

*4. Compliance*
- Support customers with material TDS, COA, MSDS
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Work with team on credit terms and collections

*Required Qualifications & Skills*
- *Education:* Diploma/B.E in Metallurgy, Ceramic, Chemical or any Gradu
