Role Description:
The Client Solutions Associate is a hybrid role, based in Mumbai. This role supports client engagements end-to-end, including understanding client objectives, gathering and analyzing business and market information, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The associate will help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports,



coordinate meetings and follow-ups, and maintain strong client communication throughout projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal strategy and design teams, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and contributing to business development activities such as sales support and pipeline documentation. The role is focused on building long-term client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the growth of TIL’s identity and brand solutions.
