We're looking for a
Business Operations & Growth Manager
who is proactive, execution-focused, and passionate about building relationships and driving growth. You'll work closely with the Founder to help scale our platform through business development, customer acquisition, operations, and marketing initiatives.

This is one of the
first core business roles
in our startup—an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping build a purpose-driven company from the ground up.

What You'll Do

✅ Generate and nurture leads for
Seekers, Spiritual Experts, and Institutions
.





✅ Drive user acquisition and increase bookings across the Paramaardha platform.

✅ Onboard experts and institutions and help them succeed on the platform.

✅ Track sales activities, follow-ups, conversions, bookings, and business performance.

✅ Coordinate marketing campaigns and work with agencies, designers, and freelancers.

✅ Contribute ideas for social media and content creation to improve engagement and brand visibility.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, experts, and institutions.

✅ Ensure customer queries, operational issues, and follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally.

✅ Maintain business trackers, reports, and weekly progress updates.

✅ Represent Paramaardha in networking events, community outreach, and business meetings across Hyderabad.

✅ Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience, platform adoption, and business growth.
