ACCOUNTANT

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Assistant to join us. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for
overseeing all financial activities, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation,
maintaining accurate financial records, and providing financial analysis and reports to support the company's operations.

Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including
bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledge

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and provide regular
financial analysis and reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure
compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Review and analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and
provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.




- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax
authorities, and other departments, to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance
with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Resolving accounting issues and discrepancies.
- Manage cash flow, including cash receipts, disbursements, and bank
reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial
transactions related to real estate operations, such as property acquisitions, Flat sales related journal, and lease agreements. Knowledge about construction finance + RERA Certificates and RERA bank account Operations.
- Maintain and update fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and inventory records as
needed.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Be a resource for accounts payable and receivable.
