Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Head
to lead the Sales & Marketing functions for our
Animal Nutrition, Human Nutraceuticals, and Commercial Laboratory Services
businesses. The role involves driving business growth, developing sales strategies, expanding domestic and international markets, managing key accounts, strengthening distribution networks, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Drive revenue across Animal Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, and Laboratory Services.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, institutional clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to payment realization.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage dealer, distributor, institutional, OEM, export, and government business.
- Plan and execute branding, digital marketing,



exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Expand commercial laboratory services across Pharma, Food, Agriculture, Veterinary, Environmental, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team while monitoring KPIs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, QA, Regulatory, Finance, and Logistics for seamless operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance presentations.
