Role Purpose

To drive regional marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, execute trade marketing programs, and support business growth through effective market activation, channel engagement, and seamless execution of marketing campaigns across the assigned region. This role is expected to manage a team of Regional Marketing Executives/Officers and oversee agency manpower across the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trade Marketing & Market Activation
- Plan and execute regional trade marketing initiatives aligned with national marketing objectives.
- Drive retail visibility through signages, shop branding, and merchandising.
- Conceptualize and execute BTL activities, dealer meets, roadshows,



and local activation programs.
- Ensure effective implementation of seasonal campaigns and sales promotions.

2. Brand Visibility & POSM Management
- Ensure optimum deployment and maintenance of POSM across distributors and retail outlets.
- Monitor market visibility standards and competition activities.
- Drive enhancement of brand presence in priority markets.

3. Channel Engagement
- Work closely with Sales teams, distributors, and channel partners to improve engagement and loyalty.
- Support launch events, partner conferences, and recognition programs.
- Gather channel feedback and provide actionable insights for business growth.

4. Exhibitions and Event Management
- Plan and execute regional and national participation in industry expos, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events in line with business objectives.
