Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment of integration services.
- Manage end-to-end delivery life cycle including production readiness, monitoring, and support.
- Ensure that features and services delivered by the team meet performance, reliability, and security expectations.




- Design and develop Admin platform features using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability and maintainabilit
- Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to deliver seamless, secure experiences
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for financial services
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in secure identity management
Requirements

Experience:
- 10+ years in the technology industry, software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java Spring or equivalent backend technologies focusing on platforms, APIs.
- 3+ years in technical leadership, working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design etc.).
- Experience designing and implementing Micro-service architecture.
