About The Role

We are looking for a MarTech Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Braze Development, Braze Operations, and Backend Development to build and support enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing Braze integrations, implementing SDKs, building backend services and APIs, instrumenting customer events, and managing day-to-day Braze operations including Canvas journeys, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and personalization.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver scalable, data-driven customer experiences by integrating Braze with CDP platforms, Databricks, and backend applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade Braze integrations.




Implement and configure Braze SDKs across web and desktop applications.
Build backend services and REST APIs to support Braze integrations and customer engagement workflows.
Own Braze Operations including campaign setup, Canvas journeys, audience segmentation, message scheduling, and campaign execution.
Design and implement event tracking, user attributes, custom events, and session instrumentation.
Configure multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging.
Develop agile customer journeys using Braze Canvas.
Implement Connected Content, Liquid Templates, REST APIs, and Webhooks for personalized messaging.
Design scalable event schemas and customer data models.
Build SQL queries and data models in Databricks for audience creation and campaign targeting.
Integrate Braze with Hightouch or similar Reverse ETL/CDP platforms.
Support A/B testing, multivariate testing, and campa
