Lead and transform the end-to-end HR Shared Services function supporting 35,000+ employees across multiple businesses and legal entities. Drive standardized, technology-enabled,



and SLA-driven HR operations across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, process automation, and cost optimization. Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and HR Technology teams to enhance service delivery, implement digital solutions, and continuously improve HR processes through innovation and scalable operating practices.

Principal Accountabilities
