About the Role

Greyrock Realty is hiring an experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive for its Dubai Real Estate division.

This is not a basic telecalling role. The selected candidate will engage with HNI, NRI and investor leads, understand their investment requirements, qualify opportunities and schedule high-quality meetings for Dubai property consultants.

We are looking for candidates who are confident in high-ticket sales, objection handling, follow-ups and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

* Call and engage with HNI, NRI and investor leads interested in Dubai real estate.
* Understand the client’s budget, investment objective, preferred property type and buying timeline.
* Explain Dubai real-estate opportunities, payment plans, expected rental potential and key project highlights.
* Qualify leads and schedule meetings, Zoom consultations, office visits and property presentations.
* Conduct structured follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
* Handle initial objections related to pricing, location, developer credibility, returns and overseas investment.




* Maintain complete lead updates, follow-up schedules and client notes in the CRM.
* Coordinate with Dubai sales consultants and project experts to move qualified leads toward closure.
* Re-engage old, inactive and unresponsive leads.
* Achieve monthly targets for connected calls, qualified leads, meetings and sales opportunities.
* Participate in Dubai property exhibitions, investor events and weekend campaigns when required.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in target-based inside sales, telesales or business development.
* Experience in real estate, wealth management, banking, insurance, investment products, luxury automobiles or other high-ticket sales is preferred.
* Strong spoken English and Hindi communication.
* Confidence in speaking with senior professionals, business owners, investors and HNI clients.
* Robust objection-handling, persuasion and follow-up skills.
