Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Convert inquiries into successful sales while achieving monthly targets.
Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.




Build referral networks and generate repeat business through excellent service.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-1 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and result-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
