About the Role:
We are looking for a result-driven Commercial Leasing & Inventory Executive with experience in commercial real estate, client handling, site visits, property sourcing, inventory management, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source commercial properties for leasing and sale through field surveys and market visits.
- Build relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, and developers.
- Maintain and update commercial property inventory and listings.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients on property requirements.
- Support negotiations,



follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Collect and verify property details, pricing, availability, and photographs.

- Golf Course Road, Gurugram
- Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Commercial Sales, or Real Estate Brokerage.
- Robust communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in client handling, site visits, and transaction closures.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler and be comfortable with field work.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
