Job Description – Occupational Therapist
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions that help individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will assess functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve the overall quality of life of beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living skills.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy records.
- Educate patients, caregivers,



and family members on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure adherence to qualified ethics, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in rehabilitation and disability care will have an added advantage.
