We are seeking an enthusiastic International BPO Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document all interactions with customers in the system as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.




- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
