We are looking for a highly driven Senior Team Lead / SaaS Product Architect with strong expertise in Digital Product Development, Technical Architecture, Product Management, and SaaS Solution Design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS products, defining product roadmaps, and leading engineering teams from concept to market launch.
This role combines responsibilities across SaaS Architecture, Node.js Engineering, Product Management, and Team Leadership, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise.
The successful candidate will own the technology vision, drive product innovation, and work closely with business stakeholders to build scalable and market-leading digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Architecture & Solution Design
• Own and drive the technical architecture and design of SaaS products.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Design end-to-end digital product and technical architecture.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks,



and cloud solutions.
• Ensure product scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.
Product Development & Roadmap Management
• Define and manage the product development roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Drive the complete digital product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align product capabilities with market demands.
• Manage release planning and feature delivery timelines.
Engineering Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and grow a Product Engineering team of 4–5 developers and trainees.
• Establish development best practices, engineering standards, and quality processes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on application architecture and contemporary development frameworks.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high-quality standar
