We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right JEE/NEET preparation programs. In this role, you will understand student needs, provide personalized counseling, and drive enrollments while building long-term trust.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling & Guidance
Connect with students and parents via calls, chats, or video session
Understand academic background, strengths, and career goal
Explain JEE/NEET courses, study plans, features, and pricing
Recommend suitable learning paths based on individual need

2. Sales & Enrollment
Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Support the admission process including documentation
Follow up with leads and maintain engagement

3. Product Knowledge




Stay updated with JEE/NEET syllabus and exam patterns
Understand product offerings, features, and updates

4. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Provide post-enrollment support
Handle objections with empathy and professionalism

5. Collaboration & Reporting
Work with sales, marketing, and academic
Maintain records in CRM systems
Track and report counseling and sales performance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or EdTech.
Strong communication skills in English & Tamil
Good persuasion and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in office (6 days /week)
