The Role
• Deliver accurate and reliable benefits and recognition administration, ensuring employees receive the right benefits at the right time and maintaining confidence in bp's people services.
• Maintain high-quality benefits data and payroll alignment, reducing errors, preventing rework, and supporting effective decision-making and reporting.
• Resolve operational issues and service disruptions to conclusion, minimizing business impact and improving the employee and stakeholder experience.




• Build effective partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders that enable consistent service delivery, clear accountability, and timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Drive measurable improvements in benefits operations, strengthening efficiency, simplifying processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
• Maintain compliance with digital security, privacy, and governance requirements, protecting employee data and reducing operational risk across the benefits technology landscape.
• Develop and sustain robust process and knowledge documentation that supports operational resilience, consistency, and effective service continuity.

• Experience supporting the administration of employee perks, recognition, HR, payroll, or other operational people processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain high-volume data accurately, with a strong record of identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
