Roles and Responsibilities

 Adhering to clients’ corporate tax compliance timelines as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)

 Engaging in corporate tax mandates for clients

 Engage in technical research on latest case laws and circulars

 Preparing memos & presentations for advisory assignment

 Assistance in preparing submissions for the clients for scrutiny assessments, rectification / stay application, appeal to be filed with the Commissioner of Income-tax and Income-tax Appellate Tribunal

 Assistance in representation before the Tax authorities and following up with the tax authorities for rectification / stay applications / refund orders of the cli
