About the Role

Proficient Capital is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Equity Dealer with experience in Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing client trades, managing day-to-day client servicing, and building strong client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute client orders in Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives accurately and efficiently.
- Handle client servicing, including trade execution, order modifications, and query resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Assist clients with trading platforms and operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Keep clients informed about relevant market developments when appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance guidelines.




- Maintain client records and documentation.
- Prepare MIS and reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- Mandatory: Valid NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Equity Dealing and/or Client Servicing with a stock broking or financial services firm.
- Good understanding of Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives markets.
- Familiarity with trading terminals and broker back-office systems is preferred.
