Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Help build and format SOPs for core operations functions, including project delivery, procurement, site management, and finance.
Conduct structured interviews with team members across functions to map current workflows in an "as-is" format.
Maintain the operations improvement tracker by updating statuses, flagging delays, and following up on open action items.
Support the rollout of stage-gate delivery frameworks by preparing checklists and tracking adoption.
Support the weekly project health report by collecting data from project managers, formatting the RAG tracker, and flagging anomalies.
Build summary tables and simple dashboards in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for leadership review.
Compile post-project data for profitability analysis by comparing budgeted vs. actual spending across categories.
Research industry best practices, benchmarks, and case studies relevant to operations improvement initiatives.




Support the monthly MIS report by gathering inputs from function heads and formatting them according to the standard structure.
Help coordinate PM platform (Vizdom) adoption by tracking live projects, following up on missing updates, and flagging non-compliance.
Maintain the internal SOP knowledge base by uploading current SOPs, tagging SOPs by function, and keeping the index up to date.
Support AI pilot projects by collecting training data (BOQ samples and vendor quotation formats), running test cases, and documenting results.
Evaluate new tools and applications that could support process improvement and prepare structured recommendation notes.
Schedule and prepare for weekly operations review meetings by drafting agendas, collating inputs from function heads, circulating meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Coordinate follow-ups on open action items across project management, procurement, design, and finance teams.
Support the VP on special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
