Key Responsibilities

Coordinate first-mile material movement and manage outstation dispatch operations.
Ensure timely dispatch of Hyderabad orders from the Bangalore warehouse.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material movement.
Track dispatches and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
Manage inventory levels, stock reconciliations, and inbound and outbound material tracking.
Supervise inbound operations, including material verification, GRN generation, and discrepancy resolution.
Plan and oversee daily dispatches, ensuring accurate picking, packing, labeling, and timely delivery.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, material handling, manpower allocation, and SOP compliance.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including stock registers, invoices, dispatch logs, and delivery challans.




Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and dispatch delays while maintaining exception logs and coordinating timely resolutions.
